About the Role

Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud, both the newer Growth and Advanced editions and existing Marketing Cloud Engagement estates (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
• Work with Data 360 for segmentation and identity resolution, and with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement for B2B programmes
• Configure Agentforce 360 use cases where they fit the client roadmap
• Configure data extensions, automations, and integrations
• Design and build customer journeys and marketing campaigns
• Provide training and support to client marketing teams
• Optimize email deliverability and campaign performance

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant certification
• Strong knowledge of SQL and AMPscript
• Experience with API integrations and data imports
• Understanding of email marketing best practices
